Perfect mixture of pumpkin spice with chocolate and butterscotch. These Pumpkin Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies are moist and delicious and sure to be a hit!
Pumpkin Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 5 cups flour
- 1- 29 ounce can of pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cloves
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp allspice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon together.
- Add a 1/3 of the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and add 1/3 of the can of pumpkin puree and mix. Repeat two more times until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Hand stir in chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
- Place a spoonful of cookie mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Leaving 1- inch space around each scoop.
- Place in the oven for 15 to 17 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy.
