Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Chocolate Chip Cookies will melt in your mouth and you can’t have just one.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 6 cups flour
  • 4 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla

Add baking soda and mix flour in one cup at a time until it’s incorporated into the mix.

Hand stir in chocolate chips with a large spoon.

Place a large scoop of cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Leave approximately an inch of space around each scoop because the cookie is going to spread out.

Bake in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes.

Place cookies on a cooling rack or aluminum foil.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
