Pumpkin Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1- 29 ounce can of pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cloves
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp allspice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon together.
  4. Add a 1/3 of the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and add 1/3 of the can of pumpkin puree and mix. Repeat two more times until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Hand stir in chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
  6. Place a spoonful of cookie mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Leaving 1- inch space around each scoop.
  7. Place in the oven for 15 to 17 minutes.
  8. Cool and enjoy.
